Know that your data is protected
Our SaaS offering provides strong data encryption at rest (using AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or 1.3), along with a robust list of other security controls to ensure your data is protected. Your data is kept isolated and remains in the hosting region of your choosing. Our high availability across multiple availability zones means you are unlikely to experience downtime. To validate the effectiveness of our Information Security Program, Hyperscience has undergone rigorous comprehensive third-party examinations (audits) conducted by an independent AICPA accredited CPA firm to achieve SOC 2 Type I and more recently the SOC 2 Type II attestation reports. These reports are available at request. Hyperscience has also received the Cyber Essentials Plus certification, which is awarded after conducting a series of tests on our SaaS application and acquiring assurance that all the required technical controls have been implemented within the organization.

Integrations | You can integrate Hyperscience SaaS with a variety of input and output systems. Examples include Message Queue input and output connections, our Email Listener, our Box Folder Listener and Notifier Output connections, and our HTTP Notifier Output connection. In addition, our Database and API Blocks also allow you to connect Hyperscience to your existing systems, and you can retrieve files from your current AWS S3 buckets. |
Authentication | For security and flexibility, we leverage Okta in our identity-management layer, which allows you to integrate your existing SAML or OIDC authentication provider with Hyperscience SaaS. If your organization does not have an authentication provider in place, you can use our built-in authentication method. No matter what authentication method you choose, inbound traffic is authenticated before reaching the application servers, and only necessary web services and ports are open to the internet (80/443). |
API | With our Client Library, you can easily integrate the Hyperscience API with your existing systems, and its session-management capabilities offer an additional layer of security when connecting to the Hyperscience API. |

Security | In addition to encrypting data in transit and at rest, we update our SaaS offering’s infrastructure regularly with security patches. Any changes are documented, tested, reviewed, and approved prior to deployment. Both the application and infrastructure have run-time protection enabled, and we monitor them for indicators of compromise. We also have a Standardized Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaire, pentest, and SOC 2 report available upon request. |
