Issue

A multi-page submission is incorrectly matched to more than one Structured layout, resulting in pages that are split among different layouts.

Causes

Multiple duplicate layouts or layout variations are part of a live release.

Recommendations

  • Make sure that the desired layout is part of a release.

  • Check for duplicate layouts.

  • If there are multiple similar variations of a layout in a release, use layout identifiers to uniquely identify each variation and increase the machine’s confidence.
