Connections Log

The Connections Log provides information about connection events, including starting and stopping processes and errors related to the connector's operation. These connections are configured in the settings for your Input Blocks and Output Blocks. To learn more, see Input Blocks and Output Blocks.

To access the Connections Log, go to Administration > System & Health. Then, in one of the Input Connection or Output Connection cards, click See Connections Logs

Navigating the Connections Log

The Connections Log table provides information on the time an event occurred, its severity level (informational or error), the connection it applies to, and a description of the event. You can see more detailed information about the event by clicking the arrow on the left side of its row in the table ( ArrowPointingRight.png ).

Using the various filters above the log, you can adjust the date range of the messages you see and select either a specific level or type of connection for which you would like to review the results.

Exporting the Connections Log

To export the logs, click on the Export Logs button at the top-right corner. You can filter the results contained in the download by using the filters (Date Range, Level, and Connection) at the top of the page.
