Overview
When you enter a Supervision task from Tasks > Perform Tasks, Hyperscience automatically assigns you 10 tasks and pre-loads those images in order to reduce browser latency. New tasks are pre-fetched only when there are fewer than five tasks remaining in your browser queue.
Returning tasks
Keyers are not able to work on tasks already assigned to another user. There are two ways that a task can return to the queue to be re-assigned:
If you do not complete the task within 4 minutes after starting it. This time period can be configured by the system admin; the default is 4 minutes.
If you exit a current task, return to Tasks > Perform Tasks, and then re-enter a Supervision task. This will pre-fetch 10 new tasks.
