Completing Supervision Tasks

There are six ways to identify and complete available Supervision tasks:

  • In Tasks

    • The Perform Tasks tab

    • The Task Queue tab

  • In Submissions

    • The Submissions table

    • The Submissions Output page

    • The Documents table

    • The Documents Output page

In Tasks

The Perform Tasks tab

Go to Tasks > Perform Tasks to perform all available Supervision tasks.

Follow these steps to enter a task-based workflow:

  1. In the Supervision Tasks card, click on one of the Perform Tasks links.

  2. Begin working on all outstanding tasks of the chosen type, regardless of the associated submission.

The Task Queue tab

Go to the Tasks > Task Queue to complete a task for a specific submission or document.

Follow these steps to enter a submission- or document-based workflow:

  1. Find the document or submission where you would like to complete the tasks. 

  2. Click the Complete Tasks button in the Actions column to begin the tasks. 

Note that each task will inherit its submission's deadline. For more information about submission deadlines and how to adjust them, see Prioritizing Submissions.

In Submissions

The Submissions table

  1. Go to Submissions > Submissions, and find the submission whose tasks you want to complete.

  2. Click on the Perform Tasks button in the Tasks column to begin the tasks.

The Submissions Output page

  1. Go to Submissions > Submissions, and click on a Submission ID to go to the Submission Output page.

  2. Click on the Perform Tasks button in the upper right corner to begin tasks. See the screenshot below for reference.

The Documents table

  1. Go to Submissions > Documents, and find the document whose tasks you want to complete.

  2. Click on the Perform Tasks button in the Tasks column to begin the tasks.

The Document Output page

  1. Go to Submissions > Documents, and click on a Document ID to go to its Document Output page.

  2. Click on Supervision task available on the left side of the page to enter the tasks associated with that document. See the screenshot below for reference.
