Download Related Pages

The Download Related Pages button, located at the upper-right corner of a page group within the Potential Layout Viewer, is designed to help you create multi-page layouts for pages unmatched by the system. 

Download Related Pages is a feature within the Potential Layouts workflow. For general information on how the Potential Layouts feature works, please read Potential Layout Variations first.  

Related Pages

If the merged image from your page group is a part of a multi-page document, you can use the Download Related Pages button to create a multi-page layout.

Clicking the button will download a ZIP file that includes the merged image from your page group, merged images that are related to your group, and existing layout pages from the Layout Library (Library > Layouts) to complete the multi-page layout for a document. 

It is important to review these merged images and existing layout pages first to ensure that they are all a part of one document. If this is the case, these images together can be used to create a multi-page layout. 

The download also includes a CSV that lists all potentially related pages and additional context about each related page. Below is a list of descriptions for each column in the CSV:

Column Name

Description

Filename in ZIP

The filename for either the layout page or merged page in the ZIP. Useful for mapping between image files and rows in the CSV.

Relatedness

A value between 0 and 1 that expresses how likely it is that a page is related to the source group of unmatched pages this ZIP was downloaded from. The CSV is ordered by this value.

Layout Name

For layout page images, this is the name of the layout for the page.

Layout Version

For layout page images, this is the name of the layout version for the page.

Layout Page #

For layout page images, this is the page number in the layout for the page.

Potential Layout Job ID

For merged images, this is the identifier of the Potential Layout Job for the merged image.

Potential Layout Group #

For merged images, this is the Group number within the Potential Layout Job for the merged image.

Layout Page / Merged Page URL

For layout page images, this is the URL to the layout page in the Layout Editor. For merged images, this is the URL to the Merged tab for the image's group in the Potential Layout Viewer.

Notes

  • Only the top 100 candidates of pages related to the page group are included in this ZIP, though all related pages are in displayed the CSV.

  • Merged images are filtered using the lowest threshold. You can download an image using a different threshold by visiting the image’s Merged Page URL in the CSV.
