Submission Output Page

When you click a Submission ID on either the Submissions table or the Document table, it will take you to the Submission Output page. This page provides a detailed breakdown of the submission.

Page contents

The Submission Output page highlights key metrics across the following cards:

  • Status - Shows the submission’s status along with statistics about processing deadline, processing time, and the submission’s creation date.

  • Automation - Percentage of automatically identified fields and tables, as well as automatically transcribed fields.

    • Field Identification - Percentage of all fields’ occurrences that were machine-identified.

    • Table Identification - Percentage of all cells that were machine-identified

    • Transcription - Percentage of all fields that were machine-transcribed

  • Documents - Shows the number of documents, pages, fields, and table cells within the submission.

Directly below these cards, two tables show all documents and unmatched pages that are associated with the submission. Furthermore, if you rejected any documents during Transcription Supervision, those will be indicated in another table called "Rejected Documents".

At the very bottom of the page, an activity log shows a record of all users who touched the submission.

This organization summarizes the most relevant metrics for users owning full submissions.
