The Time to Completion chart reports the average end-to-end processing time for a selected date range. End-to-end refers to the period starting from submission to the completion of Supervision tasks.
Average per Submission at the bottom of the chart reports the average amount of time to complete a submission, for the selected date range.
To see more specific performance information, hover your cursor over a data point of interest and a window will display the average completion time for the chosen date.
Filtering options
The following filtering options are available in the Time to Completion chart:
Date range: by default, these figures are generated with the last week's data, but can be recalculated for a custom date range.
Document type: report at the Submission or Document level.
Layout type: by default, all layouts will be displayed, but you can specify one or more layouts to report instead.
Flow type: by default, all flows will be displayed, but you can specify one or more flows to report instead.
