Overview
The Working Time charts report the total working time for both human users and the machine for a selected date range. There are two charts: Manual Working Time and Machine Working Time.
The Average Per Submission time at the bottom of each chart reports the average amount of time working on a submission, for the selected date range.
To see more specific performance information, hover your cursor over a column of interest and a window will display specific Page Sorting, Identification, and Transcription times for the chosen date.
Activity type
Both of the Working Time charts can be filtered to report active time, waiting time, or both. Here is an explanation of those terms, respective to each chart:
Active Time
Machine – the time it takes for the machine to complete extraction processing
Manual – the time it takes a keyer to perform Supervision tasks
Waiting Time (think of this as queue time)
Machine – the amount of time between triggering a new processing job and when the machine starts the processing job

Manual Working Time
Machine Working Time
