Refresh
All tasks shown in each Task Queue tab are current as of the time the selected tab is loaded. To refresh the queue, click the refresh icon located in the upper-right corner of the page. The text next to the refresh button displays the date and time at which the queue was last refreshed.
Search
Items shown in the Task Queue can be searched by Submission ID or Document ID. Searches can be performed by typing an ID in the search bar and hitting the Enter or Return key.
Some notes regarding this functionality:
The search will only return exact matches on ID values; partial matching is not supported.
The search bar can be cleared by clicking the X at the right side of the bar. Doing so will refresh the current tab to show all tasks.
Filters
You can narrow your view of the queue by clicking on Filters and entering your filter criteria.
Task count
The Task Queue shows the amount of work outstanding, quantified in terms of documents. This number can be found in the upper-left corner of the task table.
Queue ordering
Tasks are displayed in the order that they reside in the queue; the first tasks to be completed will be at the top. The order is determined by the tasks’ SLA deadlines.

Submission Date
Task Type
Custom Task Type
Processing Type

Document ID
Layout
Fields
SLA Deadline
Actions
Submission ID / Document ID
The task table lists the relevant ID value (submission ID, document ID, or both) depending on the task type shown. In addition to the Submission ID and Document ID columns, these ID values also appear in the Submissions table and Output Pages, allowing users to track a specific submission or document from submission to completion.
Clicking on a Submission ID or Document ID takes you to the submission's Submission Output page or the document's Document Output page, respectively.
The Submission ID column also contains a Submission Metadata link. By clicking on this link, users can view information for each task, namely external ID and external metadata. A modal will be shown displaying the external ID and external metadata (if applicable); the external ID can be copied by clicking the Copy link beside the ID.
Submission Date
For each outstanding task, the Submission Date column shows when its submission was created.
Task Type
The Task Type column indicates what kind of task needs to be completed next for a submission. Note that machine work is designated by a value of "Processing."
Custom Task Type
The Custom Task Type column indicates what kind of Custom Supervision task needs to be completed next for a submission.
Processing Type
The value in the Processing Type column designates whether the submission or document is awaiting manual or machine work.
Pages
If the submission's pages haven't been matched to layouts, the Pages column shows how many pages the document has.
Layout
For task types occurring after a page has been matched to a layout, the layout name is listed in the Layout column.
Fields
If the task is an Identification Supervision or Transcription Supervision task, the Fields column shows the total number of fields or table entries that require supervision. For example, if a task includes 4 fields and 3 table entries, "7" appears in the Fields column.
SLA Deadline
The SLA Deadline column indicates whether the task is overdue or not. If the task is overdue, you can see how long it has been overdue. If the task is not overdue, you can see how much time you have left to complete the task before breaching the SLA. The following statuses are available for the SLA Deadline column:
On time – task has more than an hour to be completed.
Close to deadline – task is due within an hour.
Overdue – task is overdue.
Actions
Several actions are available for each task, which can be triggered using the action buttons on the right side of each task row. See below for more information about each function within the Actions column.
Adjust deadlines for tasks
You can manually change a task’s deadline at any time. The Actions drop-down list above the tasks table allows you to adjust deadlines for multiple tasks at once.
To adjust a single task’s deadline:
Find the submission whose deadline you would like to change, and click its Adjust Processing Deadline icon ( ).
Enter the time and date of your updated deadline, and click Save.
To adjust deadlines for multiple tasks:
Find the submissions whose deadline you would like to change, and select the checkboxes to the left of their names.
Click Actions, and then click Adjust Processing Deadline.
Enter the time and date of your updated deadline, and click Save.
We will apply the deadline to the submission as a whole, and all tasks for that submission will have the same deadline.
