The Supervision Volume chart reports the total number of entries over a given date range for Supervision tasks. The data shown depends on the Supervision task type selected in the filter above the chart:
Selecting the Transcription option shows the total number of entries transcribed for fields and table cells.
Selecting the Identification option shows the total number of entries identified for fields and table cells.
Selecting the Classification option shows the total number of classified pages.
To see more specific performance metrics, hover your cursor over the column of interest and a window will display the exact number of entries (Transcription or Identification) or classified pages (Classification) completed on the chosen date.
If you would like to download the Supervision Volume data for the selected time period, you can click Download CSV in the top-right corner of the report.
Note that the Supervision Volume report doesn’t include data from Flexible Extraction and Custom Supervision tasks.
Transcription Volume
The entries reported in the main graph are broken down by Transcriptions, Consensus, and QA. Along the bottom of the chart are summary metrics for the selected date range.
Identification Volume
The entries reported in the main graph are broken down by Field ID, Field ID QA, Table ID, and Table ID QA. Along the bottom of the chart are summary metrics for the selected date range.
Classification Volume
The entries reported in the main graph are broken down by Classification and Classification QA. Along the bottom of the chart are summary metrics for the selected date range.
Filtering options
The following filtering options are available in the Supervision Volume chart:
Date range: by default, these figures are generated with the last week's data, but can be recalculated for a custom date range.
Task type: Transcription, Identification, or Classification data can be reported.
Layout type: by default, all layouts will be displayed, but you can specify one or more layouts to report instead.
Flow type: by default, all flows will be displayed, but you can specify one or more flows to report instead.
