The Overview tab within the Tasks section of the application summarizes the current and most recent processing load.
All data points on the Tasks Overview page are calculated at the time the page is loaded. To refresh the data, click the Refresh icon located in the upper-right corner of the page; the date and time shown reflect when the data was last refreshed.
Filters
You can narrow your view of the cards presented on the page by clicking the All Flows filter and selecting a flow.
Supervision Tasks
The Supervision Tasks card shows the total volume of outstanding work in the system, broken down by the following task types:
Document Classification
Identification
Transcription
Flexible Extraction
Custom Supervision
Quality Assurance Tasks
The Quality Assurance Tasks card shows the total volume of outstanding work in the system, broken down by the following task types:
Document Classification QA
Identification QA
Transcription QA
Note that Quality Assurance tasks do not have SLAs, so they cannot be overdue.
Active Users
If there are any active keyers performing Supervision tasks, their names will appear in the Active Users card that is located below the Supervision Tasks card.
You can search for active users by name and filter the Active Users table by task type.
Task SLA Performance Against Deadlines
The Task SLA Performance Against Deadlines card contains a table that lists all of the SLA rules that currently have open tasks. This table has the following columns:
SLA Name – name of the SLA rule
In Queue – the total number of tasks in the Task Queue per SLA rule type
On Track – the total number of tasks that are on track to be completed on time.
1 Hr Until – the total number of tasks that are due within an hour.
Overdue – the total number of tasks that are overdue.
Average Time Spent per Task Type Today
The Average Time Spent per Task Type Today card contains a table that shows the average active and waiting time spent per task type for the current day. This table has the following columns:
Task Type – name of the task type
Machine Wait Time – the average time between a task’s creation and the time the task was started by the machine.
Machine Active Time – the average time from start to completion for tasks completed by the machine.
Supervision Wait Time – the average time between a Supervision task’s creation and the time it was started by a user.
Supervision Active Time – the average time from start to completion for Supervision tasks completed by a user.
QA Wait Time – the average time between a QA task’s creation and the time it was started.
QA Active Time – the average time from task start to task completion for QA tasks.
Volume and Processing Distribution Completed Today
The Volume and Processing Distribution Completed Today card contains a table that shows the total number of completed submissions, documents, document pages, fields, table cells, Supervision tasks, and QA tasks for the current day.
