Completing Table Transcription QA tasks
During Table Transcription QA, you need to enter transcription values for each table cell that is sampled for QA. Depending on the data type, a table cell may have formatting validations. For example, if the data type is SSN, the UI will show an error message if you try to enter a letter. For more information on this, see What is a Data Type?. The screen that appears as you transcribe a table cell also provides information on how to mark fields as illegible or N/A and how to override formatting validations.
Note that Table Transcription QA tasks are generated at a document level and include all parent and child table cells that are sampled for QA. You can find a list of all of a document’s table cells that are sampled for QA in the right-hand sidebar.
